CASE STUDIES
MORETON BAY CLASSIC
Engaged as a media partner for the inaugural Moreton Bay Classic – “The race that stops the Bay”. Our mission was to try to capture this unique and spectacular regatta. Filming on the water with an extended crew, we produced a short film for this purpose. Published on social media, the film was shared virally around the world, drawing significant attention and profile to the event. As a primary promotional tool, the film contributed to the event attracting twice as many participants and spectators for its 2nd year.
NOBLE SUPER VEE x RELAXN x SAM ALLEN
A multi-channel content production & marketing project. We wrote, directed and produced a series of long-form and short-form videos for organic social media distribution profiling the new Noble SuperVee Pilothouse and the longstanding partnership with Sam Allen Wholesale and Relaxn products. The result was the highest engagement organic (or paid) content distributed by our client, with excellent target market response and all parties profiled to their advantage.
DESALTINATOR
A multichannel social media marketing and content production project. We produced a range of short-form social media reels and videos profiling the new Desaltinator product and its range of applications. This included a long-form storytelling video, profiling a restored Haines Hunter V19. This predominately organic content collectively resulted in excellent distribution, broad market penetration and the highest customer reach and engagement for the DeSaltinator product to date.
SCARBOROUGH HOLIDAY VILLAGE
We were engaged to conceive and produce a content marketing strategy and comprehensive pipeline of content to sustain demand for this popular Holiday Park. A social media and content marketing library can act as a marketing “insurance policy”, even for high performing assets, to preserve demand through changing market conditions— a key driver for our client. A flagship promotional video was produced as part of this project.
A strategic content marketing campaign to build on a go-to-market strategy around brand refinement and penetration, to raise awareness around the exciting new MUDX product.. We conceived original look and feel short-form reels and videos, embracing a variety of techniques, including “ASMR”.
MUD X
COOMERA WATERS MARINA & MARKETPLACE
IN PROGRESS. Engaged to design and build an entirely new website and content library for social media marketing of both the marina and the marketplace. We spent time with the asset owners and tenants to understand its place as a much-loved centre of the community and its unique selling points. This informed the digital product design and build, and the various content deliverables. Video testimonials were authentic and sincere and the ultimate website a concise, elegant reflection of the marina’s picturesque setting and strong value proposition. Our goal – through content marketing and the new digital assets – is to communicate, reinforce and ultimately enhance the property’s value.
LIGHTHOUSE SHIPWRIGHTS
IN PROGRESS: Commissioned to develop a new online presence and video content for Lighthouse Shipwrights. Led by Craig Fielding, one of Australia’s finest Shipwrights, we have assumed the wonderful task of documenting the spectacular work the company does, and their unique capabilities in complex, major rebuilds of timber boats.
AVALON II
Commissioned to document the extraordinary $3m re-fit of one of Australia’s classiest gamefishing boats built by the legendary David Pleysier, Avalon II — through a website and series of videos. The website designed and developed at avalontwo.com.au is content rich with a series of feature videos we produced, featuring luminaries including Pleysier, Winn Willard (Ray Hunt Design), Barry and Craig Martin — to tell the story. A fitting tribute to a magnificent boat and rebuild.
ALLOY UTE CANOPIES x SAM ALLEN WHOLESALE
Another collaborative content marketing project, wherein long-term partners – Alloy Ute Canopies (manufacturer) and Sam Allen Wholesale (product and equipment supplier) – could both benefit from an authentic, informative and dynamic content and digital media campaign. A range of short-form reels, videos and longer-form testimonial profiles were produced with the distribution garnering excellent reach and engagement for all parties.
M.V. SUNDOWNER
IN PROGRESS: M.V. Sundowner is the largest launch built by the famous Australian boatbuilder, Griffin. With a wonderful history passing through the hands of a number of high profile Australian families, we have been engaged to follow her re-fit through to re-launch, and trace this history of this beautiful Australian vessel. To be featured in our digital magazine, “Australia’s Classic Boats”.
